For Black History Month, Eta Sigma Delta Inc will be highlighting some of our black owned businesses on the grid. These business leaders have been seen working very hard at what they do and showing everyone that they can and will do it. We want to recognize them for their hard work and dedication to their crafts.
These businesses have made a positive impact to the community rather it was by recognizing their dedicated customers, giving out group gifts, joining into conversations with their customers on Facebook or just by giving great customer service. We want to say thank you for letting us into your world and we commend you for your hard work and focus.

Our fourth business is Asha Destinations - AirBnB!
Asha Destinations - AirBnB is bringing Real Life vacations destinations or movies / Games RP to Second Life. Give their guests / tourists a Real Life experience so for those who never had the chance to travel, be able to live this experience in Second Life. That has always been my goal.

We asked AshaRhia a couple of questions and here is what she had to say...
Do you find it is harder for you being a black owned business and specifically if a lot of what you design, creative or put together caters more to black people?
- "Not hard at all, its a creative world the virtual one, just create what you love and be happy! If people join / support wonderful but the main goal is do what makes you happy and if it can make others happy, even better It's what I do, smiles."
What makes doing what you do rewarding for you?
- "See people truly happy with my creations, bring them joy and dreams come true."
Typically how long does it take you to get 1 item out?
- "If I landscape or décor for myself, 1 day....2 sometimes because I'm a detail "freak", smiles."
What advice can you give to other black entrepreneurs trying to start their SL business?
- "Just be you, trust your feelings and dive!"
What would you like to say to all of your supporters and customers?
- "Thank you all so so so much for your choice, it is always truly appreciated! I appreciate you!"
